Saturday Training Rides - Leave from the Smokers Outlet off Mt. Rose Ave. at 9am these rides vary from 2 to 3 hours. These rides are for the beginner we keep a steady pace nothing complicated
Sunday Training Rides - Leave from Indian Rock Elementary at 9am these rides vary from 2 to 3+ hours. These rides are not for the beginner, there are places to turn off to shorten the ride however.
No race this year this year too much construction on course.

Shape Up PA - For the year 2005, the Healthy Lifestyles Task Force of the HYCC will kick off its participation in the statewide "Shape Up PA" fitness challenge. The fitness challenge encourages health at any size by highlighting the benefits of physical activity and eating five meals a day.
Please consider joining in on the fun and encouraging your staff to form a team. Teams can range in size from two to ten and members can select one or both of two tracks - counting physical activity miles or counting weight lost through physical activity and a healthy diet. It will be an exciting and different way to shape up! The campaign will run April through September, and many participating agencies will offer events that teams can participate in together.
